Job Description:

Teacher Aides work alongside our classroom teachers by coordinating basic classroom activities and assisting with student engagement and positive behavior.

Successful candidates must possess a High School diploma. Experience with children in an educational setting is preferred.

Hours:

6 Hours/Day, 5 Days/Week, 10 Months/Year

Requirements of Applicants: Valid NYS Certification in Special Education Grades 1-6

General Statement of Duties: All professional staff should demonstrate the ability to prepare, plan and effectively use instructional lessons appropriate to their teaching assignment.
