Requirements of Applicants: Working knowledge of the principles of nutrition and approved methods for food preparation and cooking; working knowledge of large-scale food purchasing and storage; ability to plan and supervise the work of others; two satisfactory years in food preparation and management; high school diploma; or the completion of a two (2) year training course in food administration in an approved technical institution; or any equivalent combination of experience and training sufficient to indicate satisfactory capability.
General Statement of Duties: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Food Service, the selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of his/her building's breakfast and lunch program while exercising supervision over the food service personnel in that specific location.
Salary: Starting at $23.58/Hour
Hours: 8 Hours/Day, 182 Days/Year
